PORTLAND , Ore., and DOWNEY, Calif., February 11, 2003 – Financial Partners Credit Union, formerly Rockwell Federal Credit Union, sold its $32 million credit card portfolio through AssetExchange to Atlanta, GA-based InfiCorp Holdings. This is one of the largest credit union card portfolio partnerships to date.

AssetExchange, a leading credit card portfolio brokerage and consulting firm, handled the portfolio analysis, market valuation, and transaction process for the sale.
